Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before entering.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the “Win a Weekend in Copenhagen” prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering, you accept these Terms in full.

1. The Promoter

The Prize Draw is run by Endeavor Enterprises Ltd, trading as Assist Mobility UK (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”), company registration number 10450673, registered office 1 Park Road, Hampton Wick, Kingston Upon Thames, England, KT1 4AS.

Questions about the Prize Draw should be sent to sales@assistmobility.co.uk. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, airline, hotel or other third party named in our promotional material.

2. Who can enter

• The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over at the date of entry.

• Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

• The prize is for two people travelling together. Both the winner and their chosen guest must be UK residents aged 18 or over and hold a valid passport (see section 6).

We may require proof of eligibility (such as proof of age, identity, residence or proof of a qualifying purchase) before awarding the prize, and may disqualify any entrant who does not meet these Terms.

3. Promotion period and closing date

The Prize Draw opens at 00:00 (UK time) on 1 July 2026 (the “Closing Date”) and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 December 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Qualifying purchases must be completed on or before the Closing Date. Entries relating to purchases made after the Closing Date will not be counted.

4. How to enter

• Buy any rollator from the Promoter during the promotion period, and you will be entered into the Prize Draw automatically. No separate registration or sign-up is required.

• One qualifying purchase equals one entry. Buying more than one rollator gives you one entry per rollator purchased.

Qualifying purchases. A qualifying purchase is a full-price purchase of a rollator made directly from the Promoter through Assist Mobility. There is no charge to enter, and no part of the rollator price reflects, or is increased to reflect, the opportunity to take part in the Prize Draw.

• If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded or returned for any reason before the draw takes place, the related entry will be void.

• Entries are personal to the entrant. Bulk, trade, automated or third-party entries are not permitted, and we reserve the right to disqualify them.

5. The prize

There is one prize, comprising a weekend trip to Copenhagen, Denmark, for the winner and one guest (two people travelling together and sharing a room). The approximate total value of the prize is £2,000 The actual value may vary depending on departure point and travel dates; this will not affect the prize awarded.

The prize includes:

• Return economy flights for two from a selected major UK airport (departure airports will include major UK hubs such as London, Manchester or Birmingham, chosen by us).

• Two nights’ accommodation for two people sharing one room at the Bryggen Guldsmeden hotel, Copenhagen (or a 4-star hotel of equivalent standard), for the nights of 20 and 21 March 2027, departing 22 March 2027.

• Return airport-to-hotel transfers in Copenhagen.

• Spending money of £300 for the two travellers.

The flights, airline, hotel and travel times are selected and booked by us.

6. The prize does not include

• Travel insurance (we strongly recommend the winner and guest arrange their own – see section 9).

• Local transport within Copenhagen, food and drink beyond the spending money, and any other personal expenses.

• Passports, visas (if applicable), or any costs of obtaining them.

7. Travel dates and requirements

• The trip must be taken on the fixed dates of 20–22 March 2027. The dates cannot be changed, and there is no alternative travel date.

• The winner and their guest must each hold a valid passport (and any necessary travel documents) for the full duration of the trip. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure both travellers can lawfully travel; we are not responsible if anyone cannot travel for want of valid documents.

• If the winner is unable to travel on these dates or cannot provide a guest who meets these Terms, the prize will be forfeited, and we may draw an alternative winner.

• Both travellers must comply with the conditions of carriage and entry requirements of the airline, hotel and destination country.

8. How the winner is chosen

One winner will be selected at random by us using a verifiable randomizing software (random.org) on 3 January 2027. The draw will be carried out in accordance with the laws of chance, where a record of the draw will be kept.

9. Notifying and claiming

• The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details associated with their qualifying purchase, within 7 days of the draw.

• The winner must respond and confirm acceptance, and provide the details needed to book the trip (including both travellers’ full names as shown on their passports), within 14 days of being contacted.

• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time given, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize and draw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

• We will not contact the applicants who did not win the raffle.

10. Prize conditions

• The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative, in whole or in part.

• The travel elements of the prize will be booked through an ATOL-protected travel provider where applicable, so that the package is financially protected.

• We reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

• The prize is subject to the booking terms and conditions of the relevant airline, hotel and travel provider.

11. Winner’s details, publicity and data protection

So that we can show a valid award took place, the surname and county of the winner will be made available on request by writing to us at the contact address above for a reasonable period after the draw. We will only publish a winner’s full name or use their image or words for publicity with their prior consent.

We will process entrants’ personal data only to administer the Prize Draw (including verifying eligibility, running the draw and awarding the prize) and in accordance with UK data protection law and our privacy policy. Entrants’ details are entered automatically from the records of their qualifying purchase; we do not use this data for the Prize Draw for any other purpose without consent.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the Prize Draw or from accepting or using the prize, including travel disruption, cancellation, delay, or the acts or omissions of any airline, hotel or other third party. The winner and guest are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and for their own personal safety and conduct during the trip.

13. General

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms, or to suspend or cancel the Prize Draw, where it is reasonably necessary to do so or because of circumstances beyond our control. We will not change the Closing Date unless it is unavoidable and doing so would not unfairly disadvantage anyone who has already entered.

• If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

• Our decisions on all matters relating to the Prize Draw are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
